Part-time House Staff

General Responsibility:Work under the general supervision of the Recovery Center Directory. The house person will be responsible for securing the Center at night, locking all doors and the overall operation of the center at night and weekends.
Essential Functions:
- Ensure all doors are locked at night and on schedule.
- Lights turned off on schedule.
- Bed checks.
- Available to help handle any problems that may occur in the evening.
- Responsible for evening supervision.
- Documentation in client files as requested for federal files, licensure, or CARF standards.
- Distribute medications and enter into log as needed.
- Set security alarm
- Assist and/or conduct evacuation drills as scheduled
- Maintain and wipe down front desk
- Monitor deep cleaning and chore time as needed
- Other duties as may be assigned.
- High School Diploma/GED or eqivalent
Work Environment:
- Must be able to work under stress
- Moderate office noise (printers, phones, foot traffic)
- Must be able to lift at least 30lbs

Authority and Accountability:
The incumbent is delegated full authority necessary for the effective performance of the responsibility assigned within the restrictions of applicable policies and instructions, and is fully accountable to the Recovery Center Director for his / her performance.
